BMI - Body Mass Index.  There is no end to websites that will calculate it for use as it is based on weight and height.  Personally I think it is a joke.  Focusing on weight alone is a mistake.  What matters is how you feel.  If you feel good than you are good. 

According to the BMI Charts, I am "overweight" at 169 pounds.  When I was in the best shape of my adult life I weighed 165 pounds.  At 165 I was only a couple pounds away from being "overweight".  At 175 (overweight) I feel very good.

The bottom line is that I plan on completely ignoring BMI.
